Originally intended as a Beatles parody, this relates a true story of two
delightful neighbours of Frank's when he was growing up in Parkdale, Ca.

The INTRO is a C chord (with added notes) on the piano played as a flourish.
You could try something similar on guitar by playing an arpeggioed C barré.
This is played reasonably quickly! Enjoy!
