NOTES:
The way to play this is to fret the G chord with the 3rd and 4th fingers
(3x0003), thus freeing up the 1st and 2nd fingers to add for a C/G chord
(3x2013). The little finger stays on the G-note (3rd fret; 1st str) while you
play the C/G but it's still a C chord because G is the 5th in the key of C.

This is a beautiful song from PK and, again, it's only three chords!
