("Green grow the rushes, ho..." Stuff like that...) He lifts/adapts lots of lines from Victorian children's poetry. But do we care...? Most of the chords on the "Madcap" recording, seem to be flattened so, either Syd's guitar was tuned down a semi-tone or the recording just came out that way. I've transcribed what I heard: the flattened chords. As you should play barré chords, it doesn't really matter if you move them around. Even the 7th chords that I indicate, you could move, because you're not sounding the 1st or 6th strings. Enjoy!
