Here is the album version: rockier, in a different key (B),
and not much opportunity for those vocal harmonies. 

To keep the academics at bay, I really ought to say that xx0330
isn’t a proper chord. If you add the A (open 5th str.), you get Bbmaj7b5.
So, I'm cheating with the name only because there is no other name.

My reasoning is: it doesn’t have to be a “proper chord”,
it just has to sound nice.
